The Garden exists to engage the community and to educate the senses, the mind and the imagination while having fun in nature. There are organic food-growing beds, a rain-harvesting tool/play-shed, a bursting-with-colour fence painted by Lady Evelyn Alternative School students, and many other children in the community and beyond, a seating circle for story time and activities, composting, a sandbox and a variety of shrubs and trees.
